Welcome to our first Comfy Dorm, nestled along one of Tbilisi's main avenues and named after the esteemed writer Ilya Chavchavadze.
The building housing our cozy guest house is a testament to grand architectural planning. According to locals, these homes were constructed to embody both comfort and the vast Georgian spirit. The architectural style, ceiling heights, and elegant details showcase the grandeur and influence of the Soviet era in the previous century.
At Comfy Dorms, we have curated a pleasant and comfortable living environment for our residents. Every aspect of your daily life and relaxation has been thoughtfully chosen with love and care. Areas for dining and leisure activities are located on the first floor of our premises, while sleeping quarters are situated on the second and third floors. This spatial division caters to both relaxation and the opportunity for study or work.

Our place is situated on the 5th floor of a charming 5-story building in Tbilisi. It's important to note that our building does not have an elevator. While this might mean a few extra steps to reach our cozy accommodations, we believe the welcoming atmosphere and convenient location make up for the absence of an elevator.
